Seba Beach Route | Motorcycling Brazeau and Beyond

Using Drayton Valley as your staging area this loop takes you east through some of central Alberta’s beautiful lakes, rivers and creeks. You will wind through six quaint hamlets and villages, each representing a different time in Alberta’s history. You will also bike see sights of Alberta’s agriculture, coal and petroleum industry.

The Route

Starting in Drayton Valley head north on Hwy 22 to the Hwy 16 overpass. Exit the overpass towards Jasper. Turn on to RR 75 to enter Evansburg. Turn east on 50th Ave (Hwy 16 A) through Evansburg to the Pembina River Provincial Park. Continue on 16 A to the community of Entwistle back to the Hwy 22 overpass and on to Hwy 16 east. At the Magnolia train bridge turn north on the AB-757. At Magnolia turn right on the AB-663 to Darwell. This will take you behind the backside of Lake Isle. At Darwell head south on AB-765. Turn west on the Hwy 16 (Yellowhead Hwy). Take exit 306 to Seba Beach, head south on AB-31. Beyond Seba Beach AB-31 will turn to Twp 759. Ride over the North Saskatchewan River and past Berrymoore and turn onto Twp 494 (signs for Birchwood and Lindale). Once through Lindale turn south on RR52 and the west on Hwy 39 back to Drayton Valley
